Onboarding A New Employee Of Record

1. Fact Finding

Initially, we will fact-find to establish the potential solution’s profile. Questions that will be asked:

Employee nationality.

Country worked.

Job role.

Gross employee rate.

Start date.

3. Review Framework With Client

When the simulation and financials are approved, we will arrange a call with the client to go over the framework and answer any queries the client may have.

5. Onboarding Complete

The employee onboarding will then be complete.

We will invoice the client monthly and run payroll for the employee.

2. Simulations & Agreements

Once this information has been provided, an email will be sent providing a simulation showing the total gross rate, alongside a copy of our master services agreement. We will ask them to read schedules 1 and 2 for the employers’ obligations.

4. Completion Of Assignment & Agreements

The client will fill in the assignment schedule and both parties will countersign the agreement.
