An International Recruitment & Consulting Company
We are an international boutique recruitment and consulting company with offices in London, Abu Dhabi and the Isle of Man. This allows us to provide real time services globally, wherever you are based.
Since 2013 we have been helping clients and candidates reach their true potential, placing quality candidates in prime roles and assisting them through the whole process. In addition to recruitment, we offer payroll, back-office and consulting services to your organisation.
Recently we have launched our Employer of Record service (EOR), which allows companies to legally and efficiently engage with overseas workers in a different country without having to set up a local entity or risk violating local employment laws. We act as the intermediary being responsible for paying the employees and dealing with their taxes, benefits, insurance, visa and sponsorship etc. in that jurisdiction.
This allows companies to employ the services of global employees without the need to be incorporated in that country, manage the payroll, deal with local tax laws, arrange visas and comply with immigration policies. The benefits for the company are access to new global markets, saving costs and time, with the confidence in compliance with employment and tax laws.

Marc Costello
Head of New Business
Marc is our dedicated Head of New Business tasked with managing all front-end processes including business development, partnership management and client relationship management.
Having worked in the international payroll and outsourcing industries for over 15 years, Marc brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to World Select. Having a large network of connections around the world means he can design bespoke solutions for our clients wherever they are, whatever they need.
Marc is a keen footballer and manages his local youth football team at which his son is a rising star.
His primary focus within the business is our new Employer of Record offering so please feel free to reach out to him with any queries.
David Curtis
Managing Director
David has 30 years of experience in multiple industries including Financial Services, Telecoms and outsourced back-office services.
Also, having worked around the world for most of his career, David understands how complex cross border business can be and has extensive experience in helping companies diversify and expand globally.
As well as overseeing the business as a whole, David also has primary responsibility for the Recruitment and Back-office services arms of the business.
He splits his time between the Isle of Man, London and the U.A.E. as is looking forward to travelling again as you can’t beat a face-to-face meeting when it comes to doing business.
John Tansey
Chief Technology Officer
John is our resident tech expert and brings over 35 years of I.T. and Telecoms experience to the table.
John has managed programmes and projects around the world and is massively experienced in project delivery from A-Z. His PMO experience is legendary and his methodologies, followed correctly, lead to successful outcomes time and time again.
His current focus within the business is our Project Rescue division which specialises in parachuting teams into distressed and failing projects around the world, with a view to turning them around and meeting the original agreed deadlines.
Having extensive experience in programme management roles has given him a tremendous network of individuals with whom we work regularly. We have an active roster of professionals from which we can assemble bespoke rescue teams at short notice as required.
